1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and arai88 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the arai88 platform, including access to the website, mobile app, games, promotions, and all related services we offer.

• Have never previously been banned from using any arai88 service due to a breach of terms

Arai88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including identity documents (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and bank account documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3Registration & Account Management

The arai88 account registration process is free and can be completed in under 2 minutes. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. The information provided must match your official identification documents.

• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one active account — no exceptions
• The registered name must be your full name as shown on your MyKad or passport
• The email address used for registration must be active and accessible only by you
• The registered phone number must be your personal active number in Malaysia
• Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
• You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes to your personal data occur

Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of the terms of use. If arai88 detects that an individual owns more than one account, all accounts in question will be suspended immediately, all bonuses will be voided, and the balances in those accounts will be withheld pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, those balances may be fully forfeited.

Account verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds the set limit. To keep the arai88 platform a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members, certain behaviours and activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate action against your account:

• Registering with false information, stealing another person's identity, or concealing your true identity
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the platform
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors on the platform for personal gain
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing staff or other members through any communication channel
• Spreading false information about arai88 with the intent of damaging the platform's reputation
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system

Arai88 continuously monitors all account activity using advanced detection systems. If any of the behaviours listed above are detected, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, cancellation of all pending bonuses and wins, and referral of the case to the relevant authorities where illegal activity is involved.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Arai88 accounts may be closed or suspended for various reasons, either at the member's request or at arai88's discretion. The following guidelines apply in both situations:

• Members may request account closure at any time via live chat or support email
• Account closure requests linked to the self-exclusion programme will be processed within 24 hours
• Any remaining balance in an account closed at the member's request will be returned once KYC verification is complete

• Inactive accounts for more than 24 months may be closed with 30 days' prior written notice
